Are there transfer services available from Pisa or Florence airports?

Transfers can be arranged: Pisa Airport to Tombolo Talasso is €160 via taxi, while from Florence Airport it's €280. Alternatively, a train is a convenient option from a nearby station to Florence City Centre for €280. Is it possible to bring a small dog during my stay?
